I had a mixed experience at Casa Ofelia. The location is fantastic, with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Unfortunately, the bed in my King Room was too firm for comfort, and I could hear the security guard watching TV during my stay. Overall, it has a chic appearance aligned with the online photos, but some aspects could use improvement.

My King Room appeared just like the pictures but the mattress was too firm for my liking. The pillows were quite small, which didn't help with comfort. Even though it looked great, I didn't get the restful sleep I hoped for.
Service

The service was hit or miss. I had a weak interaction with one front desk person who seemed unhelpful and a bit rude. Conversely, the security staff were present around the clock, which provided a sense of safety.

I enjoyed some delicious sandwiches at Niddo, which was conveniently located right downstairs. It's a great spot for a quick meal while enjoying the local vibe.

The hotel had a stylish design but felt a bit cheap in some areas. I found the cleanliness left something to be desired, with some stains in my room and a lack of basic amenities like slippers.

I had mixed feelings about my stay at Casa Ofelia. The location was definitely a huge plus, making it easy to explore Polanco. However, I found the lack of air conditioning and the late housekeeping disappointing. Overall, it was a comfortable stay, but some service aspects could use improvement.

I had a mixed experience at Casa Ofelia. While the location was fantastic and the decor was just as stunning as the photos online, there were some downsides that definitely impacted my stay. The service could use some improvement, especially in terms of helpfulness and overall friendliness.

My King Room was beautifully decorated and matched what I saw online. However, the bed wasn’t the most comfortable with a firm mattress and tiny pillows.

6.2/10

My stay at Casa Ofelia had its ups and downs. The convenient location made it easy to get around the city, and the cozy design added a nice touch. However, the lack of air conditioning made nights quite uncomfortable, especially with only a very loud fan for relief. Also, I was disappointed to find the cleanliness wasn't up to par, with some visible hair and worn towels. 😕

Rooms

The Comfort Room was not as spacious as the photos suggested. It was quite warm without proper cooling, and the loud fan didn’t help. I expected more for the price.
Service
5.0
Service was decent, yet I found the staff's attitude to be somewhat lacking. They didn't change linens until late in the day, which was frustrating.
Location

The location was one of the highlights. I enjoyed being within walking distance of great street food options, like the taco stand on the corner.
Dining

I didn't dine extensively at Casa Ofelia, but the mention of delicious street food nearby was a treasure I appreciated during my stay.
Facilities

Facilities felt a bit cheap, particularly with thin doors and a lack of sound insulation. The bathroom had some loose handles, which made the experience less enjoyable.

I had a mixed experience at Casa Ofelia. The location was definitely a highlight, with easy access to many attractions in Polanco. but the service left much to be desired. While the room was comfortable, I encountered several issues that made my stay less enjoyable.

The Comfort Room was spacious, but the lack of air conditioning made it uncomfortable at night. Additionally, the smart TV didn't work, and the cleaning service was late, leaving my room undone until evening.
Service

I found the service to be quite disappointing. There was no receptionist, just a security person who seemed disengaged and unhelpful. When I inquired about amenities that were promised, such as welcome drinks, I received no assistance.
Location
9.0
The location is excellent, making it convenient to explore Polanco. I really appreciated being within walking distance to various attractions.
Dining
5.0
I didn't experience any dining service on-site, as I mostly ventured out. The nearby cafeteria did help with the bathroom situation, though it was inconvenient.
Facilities

The hotel has potential, with a stylish concept, but some facilities felt underwhelming or poorly maintained. The bed was comfortable, but other aspects seemed outdated or not as advertised.
